Well if you want some constructive criticizm then dont cry about it:

All your sigs are pretty much bad.

You either do nothing to them or throw your name on it in the smallest, plainest font possible.

Get a good background (or make your own), get a good font and make it nice and readable and try adding a filter or effect to it, maybe add a character to it, or blend a couple of pictures together (pictures that go together well of course) and then add filters or effects on top of that. You can change colors and contrasts, overlay other pictures or colors, use brushes for effect, and then add finishing touches like a border or a final color/contrast grade.

Some suggestions.
