Take cover between the hedgehogs, dart between them while ducking until you get to the shingle.
Stay ducking, hit the [use] key next to the flashing red rod. This will put in an explosive bangalore.
Stay ducking and off the shingle, it will explode in a moment. After the explosion, run to the concrete slabs sticking out of the ground, you can take cover behind them. Wait for a good opening, then make a break for the door in the center of the trenches.
Be careful, there are usually a couple Germans covering this door so you may want to open it then quickly duck back to cover.
