The set up I use is:
arrow up = forward
arrow down = Back
arrow left = strafe left
arrow right = strafe right
enter = use
right shift = jump
right ctrl = crouch
0 key on num pad = reload
For multiplay I than add two keys for leaning
delete and page down the rest I keep as they are set by default course have thought about those pesky extra buttons on the mouse that never get used for anything....mmmm
