i pretty much use the default,

mouse 3 = reload

mouse 4 and 5 for lean left and right, left

alt for walk toggle (i seem to be the only one that has figured out walking is very useful in snowy park, as my team mates run around guns blazing)

left ctrl for crouch

left shift for walk
