Not really. At the present time, each state sets their own laws regarding gay marriages. Most states have banned them, and it's not likely they'll get changed...at least not here in Texas.
Thats true too, I guess the supreme court wont touch this for a good while, and until then, each state will take its own stance. Eventually, though, i think it will be accepted across the nation. it will never be accepted, because its not morale and will ruin families, i can garauntee if bush is reelected he will propose legislation to add a constitutional amendment banning same sex marriages.
