ok I got it done myself it was quite simple all I did was use PakScape utility to open the no_rockets.pk3 file I had and pull out the /models and then add in the models I wanted to modify which were the ones I listed. I opened the .tik files with a text editor changing all the starting ammo levels to 0 then used PakScape to repackage the file and it worked flawlessly! cool:
