the limiting should take place with a ratio. not a set number of snipers.

if the limit is 3, and you have 5 people on your team, 2 of ur smgs wont have a chance on a wide open level.

instead 1 sniper for every 6
1 bazooka for every 6

32 players = 5 snipers
16 players = 2 snipers
8 players = 1 sniper
