Anyone have a fourth button on their mouse (down where the thumb is) ?

Having problems setting that button. I've read that you set a key to in the mouse properties. Go in the game, and bind that key to something. Then once you press the thumb button, it will activate what was bound to that key. I've tried F's, PgDn, Del, ect... no luck.
