You may want to adjust your prices down.
Running a 20 slot MOHAA server would cost your customer $160.00 a month..a 784SDSL line costs about $180.00 a month and will easily run a 20 player server,I had one.
So for about $20.00 more than what you site charges a player can run their own 20 player server and have a connection that can give them pings low as 15ms

BTW MOHAA is a bandwith hog 32 players on Omaha Beach neet a rate of about 12,000 and that connection need to upload about 1.8M.
I have a 26 player server that is transeferring about 280GB a month.
