Being from the fucking shithole of a city called Myrtle Beach, I can answer this.

All the ricers, homies and wannabies go "cruising" (driving back and forth between the same 2-mile stretch) every night on "The Boulevard" (The nickname for the street along the ocean, Ocean Blvd).

The coolest of the drug dealers have LCD displays in all their headrests and play pornos while they are "cruising."
