[quote:71637] believe there is an exception to every sin and there is justification to braking every law there ever was and ever will be in any system[/quote:71637]
Does that mean I can walk up to you and repeatedly shoot you in the face and have justification for it?
[quote:71637]I also believe that nobody is technically responsible for their own actions, but instead they are doomed to be controlled by their environnment and their hereditary traits[/quote:71637]
People can be influenced, but if I do decide to shoot you in the face, I did that on my own account, and nobody and nothing else is responsible for it except for me.
[quote:71637]I believe no punishment is justified for anything since if a person was breaking a crime it was due to their reaction to their environment+genes.[/quote:71637]
So does this mean that when I shoot you in the face, I can explain that I did it because either I was having a bad day or my personality yields shooting people in the face? If so, could I complete the act of murder repeatedly without any punishment at all? I'm not attacking you, but none of this makes any sense to me.
