During WWII, Germany breached the contract of the Geneva Conventions by using Mustard Gas on our allies. Since then, I don't believe any nerve gases are allowed to be used in war, legally speaking.
BTW, yah what they said: Medics do not carry weapons in war. Their main purpose is to help the wounded. That's why it's also against the Geneva Convention laws of war to shoot at a military truck with a "red cross" on the side.
