I've noticed that rocket toting kids (especially those in FFA) don't care about getting killed, they just want to see stuff blow up and go flying. So more explosive power would only give them more fun in watching stuff blow up. By the way wasn't the bazooka a shaped charge weapon, aka quite useless against infantry.
