It's not allowed. Thats why he was suspended for up to 41 games this season and will be re-evaluated in the fall if he can play next year. And he may face criminal charges. Thats not the point though. The point of the article is saying that Canadian Hockey is violent and then Canadians go out on the ice and try to kill one another and that its part of our mentality.
