Oh , this should be gooood.

So you have banned someone who rarley posts , because of his past actions that were not called on then. Agreed , dude was a flake , but what do you intend on correcting now.

This place is swarming with idiots that spam and flame to no end.

This place has become a haven for boons and I really hate to sound like a 69er here but has lost alot of the glory it once held.

Personally I believe a public forum is the responsibility of it's posters , not it's mods and admins.
However , knowing your personallity to some extent , I would imagine you would be the man to take charge and correct wrongs.

Do you intend on cleaning house Noct , or is this just a show of strenth?

It is possible that you may not be in position to do such a thing , and that is a situation I could understand.
