This is a little "Easter Egg" in the game. I think you have to beat the sniper level on HARD with all your men still alive. One way I heard to beat the Bazooka-Med is to hide in some room with a bed and crouch behind the matress. When the BM finds you, he'll fire into the matress and kill himself.
