Anybody who has played Halo on the XBox co-op style will attest to the fact that tinkering with those vehicles is fun as all bloody hell. For the jeep, one guy jumps in the driver's seat, the other mounts the cannon on the jeep and the fun begins. With the tank, you can sit on the side while another person drives, hop off to take out some enemies, and jump back on to continue on your way. It's a blast.

I cannot say whether it is possible in MoH or not - though there are jet fighter games modded from Quake II, so almost anything is possible - but it sure would be fun.
