It would be nice but its impossible. Youd have to do it to every single cell in your body. Which is impossible there are trillions of cells. We could do it before birth by altering basepairs in the genetic code but unfortunatly we do not have the knowledge to do so.[/quote:b84f0]
actually now that I think about that, I think we would be able to... if we do it early enough. We all know of stem cells, that are basically wild cards cells. But the stem cell turns into a specific type of stem cell before it's assigned to a certain type of plain cell. There are muscle stem cells.. tissue stem cells etc. I think we could code/alter them to not be affected by HIV... then again I have no idea what I"m talking about.
