Fuck that terroist... terroists get no "treatment" in my book. That guy was in the process of placing an IED (Improvised Explosive Device) and ready to ambush THOSE Marines that killed him. I don't know the entire story about this "Iraqi" but it said on that site that he was in the process of setting up an IED...
