i've got a friend who works @ apple can get a friend discount like 10 % off or somthing..anywhoo

can you store files on it? it's like a portable hard drive right?

i'd be buying it for the mp3 player of course, but being able to transfer files from computer to computer without having to d/c mine and bring it to my friends house would be a plus
