positive symtoms are generally more severe

they include hallucinations (both visual and auditory), disorganization of thought, speech and movement, and delusions

negative symptoms are more like masked expressions or holding strange positions for long periods of tiome despite feelings of discomfort or pain

looks like you were experiencing positive symptoms, but its good that they havent ocured in a while, the chances of having schizophrenia are fairly rare, but on average, over 80% of the worlds population will at some time suffer from some type of mental disorder
