I saw it and I thought it sucked ass. Lets take the 3 most famous horror villians and ruin their stories. Next add in an abysmal plot with some 1990s CGI effects, remove all dialog, and you have Van Helsing.

Then to wrap it all together Wolfman kills Dracula. Yeah...
