If you use a network to play just put the 2nd cd in the 2nd pc.

btw to cancel the intro use these command lines in the MOHAA.exe Target properties

+set cl_playintro 0 +set ui_skip_eamovie 1 +set ui_skip_titlescreen 1 +set ui_skip_legalscreen 1
