Always start off with a potent centrum and my RevXP fat burners
Lots of water daily, low sugar/carb and lots of protein.

Monday: Pecs and Back
Tuesday: Basket-ball, Push-ups, Sit-ups and Chin-ups
Wednesday: Legs and Shoulders
Thursday: Basket-ball, Push-ups, Sit-ups and Chin-ups
Friday: Arms and Traps
Saturday: Rest
Sunday: Rest

Trying to lose about 10-15lbs: enough to lose everything around the
