screw that creatine shit, once you stop lifting your muscle just shrinks and it looks like shit. Trust me, I know a few people who stopped lifting because of college,etc and all their mass went away in a matter of weeks. Just do it naturally and you'll look better... it may take longer but you'll be happier. Eames, by the way if you are going Marine Corps I wouldn't recommend getting all bulky or anything, just lift to get "toned" and bigger to a certain point and just stop and maintain it.[/quote:ac1fb]
ive been working out naturally for like a year and a half and ive made huge strides my body is pretty much solid muscle and im pretty cut, but because i run 10 miles a day its hard to maintain mass...thats why im using n02 and protien, no2 does what creatine does....except without the added water weight and the protien helps promote muscle growth.

check out no2 the shit really works, i have friends that have been on it for like a year and the shit works, its just a little expensive.
