From the looks of the interface he posted, I don't think the utility is meant to be real time and run in the background. It looks like it will just build the tiki file for you so you don't have to mess around with the pak files.
Anyway, you can already cheat if you're the server. I'm not going to tell you how, but I've seen folks doing it a few times already. Kinda sucks, but hey, it's their machine. It's not like we're renting their CPU cycles...
Maybe I should publish the server names when I see it (but then they'd just deny it....)
