I take it yove just got the game today too. Ive reached the omaha level, and so far have got up past the mortar holes. the beach is easy to make it up, all you have to do is holster you weapon so you run faster, then run off the boat to the nearest hedgehog thing, (X shaped metal things) then youll notice machine gun fire heads your way, stay still until the machine gun fire has moved away, run to the next one, wait for the machine fire to mvoe away from you move to the next etc. when you are out of the water, be sure to crouch when hiding, and stand up while you run between cover.
that should get you up the beach easy enough, youll can also find a couple of medics that will patch you up on the way. that should help you so far, any more trouble you know where to ask
