Oooookay. This is the deal. I hope this is clear:

MAXIMUM WIDTH: 450 pixels
MAXIMUM HEIGHT: 150 pixels
MAXIMUM FILESIZE: 100KB

Text is limited to 250 characters, I believe (I usually don't enforce much with regard to text unless it's extremely fucked).

All three criteria must be met with regards to image signature size. Not one or two, all three. End of story.
