Thanks, Ajax, but no luck. I've been looking through Microsoft's Knowledge Base but haven't been able to find anything like my problem. Most of the stuff there has error codes associated with it, and I don't get any.

A friend of mine said she used to get an error message saying "Wrong version of Windows" on setup for a different game. She thought it may be a Windows problem, but then replacing the setup.exe and setup.ini files worked.

Also, m1ck, if re-downloading works for you, perhaps replacing mine will work. I might just have to re-install Windows, but as a final effort, I want to try that. Can anyone tell me what's in the setup.ini file on the MOH CD? Mine's got garbage characters. That might have something to do with it. Also, can someone give me just the setup.exe file? Please? It's just over 50 KB, I think. (My friend replaced those two files and burned everything onto a new CD. Would that work with MOH? Does it have any protection features that don't let you play the game if it's not an original CD? In that case, I ought to give up right now.)

If that doesn't work, I'll have to either re-install Windows or give up and go buy a new copy. annoy:

By the way, I do appreciate all the help. Thanks a ton.
