yes, try this:
when you playing map, open console with `
then type in console: editscript - this open .scr file
below level wattill spawn type:

spawn camera targetname "cam1"
freezeplayer
wait 1
$cam1 cut
setcvar cg_3rd_person 1
wait 1
releaseplayer
cueplayer

then close console, it ask you save changes (below), say y (yes) and press ENTER
then type in coslole restart
