What I would do is take a small tape recorder w/ you, hidden of course and have it recording when he starts going off like that again. I am probably 90% sure that would be harrasment in the work place. And according to the law, you or anyone that works there who have been abused by him don't have to sit there and take it. Even if you heard him bitching someone else out calling them vulgar names or swearing at them, you can still file a claim saying that you were offended by it. You'll have to do a search on the internet for the federal gov't department that handle it, I can't remember, but this is a for real thing. I don't know you'd get money out of it, but you may get the guy fired.
