The numbers correspond to a letter from the ANSI character set (or something like that)

The title says: On the Zuiderzee, That old fishing sea, The Faeiries stole, The boys of Marken

The source says: The old name of the site of the boy's disappearance is the name of the place you must go.

The numbers below the picture doesn't make any sence: hebban olla vogala nestas hagunnan, hinase hi(c) (e)nda thu ,uu(at) unbida(n) (uu)e nu
maybe they need to be backwards or something (it says 'sdrow' above the picture, 'words' backwards)
