here are some of my medic skins, try to find a balance with blood to make it realistic, but not ridiculous

the idea, as someone said before, is to put blood on hands and maybe the face, but also wherever the hands might be touching

also, to add some cool more realistic medic bags to your skin, try the hitp mod, there is a gear model for medic bags
