The question is invalid. It's like asking:
WW1. You're an american soldier and you've just one a great battle. In their
retreat, some germans are weak and fail to do so fast enough. You spot one
and take aim: he looks so tired that he seems to give up on life. Would you
shoot him ? Yes or No ?
No ? You've just let Hitler live.
Considering the odds of getting an individual of genius in an unselected
sample of the population (1 in what, 300 000 000 ?!), you're pretty safe
with your abortion. Add to that the fact that life has no intrinsic value and
you're good to go.
