i saw one on a 89 Civic Si Hatch Back, I thought the guy was a fucking ricer. I drove al;ong side of him then we pulled into the A & P parking lot, i was going to work he was going for some grocery's. I cracked a little joke about his decal, he then told me he had alot more under the hood then i thought. He opened it up and he had a fucking turbo on the thing running it at 11 psi. The car was a complete Sleeper, I was blown away, Turns out this was the fastest civic in town and he is unbeaten in street. M<y town has a lot of ricers and such, Im not a ricer but there are lots. One guy took a Izuzu Impulse and dropped some serious money on cosmetics on it eek: Rice to the max
