No one was beheaded at Abu Gharib. I don't know much about it, but as I understand it, no one was deliberately killed either. The men who were being held there were for the most part, soldiers. I'm not saying that what happened there was right or even OK... but comparing the humiliation of enemy (soldier) prisoners, with the brutal killing of civilans is a bit outlandish.
