Just a word about the bunkers :
I have visited 4 bunkers on Omaha Beach and 2 in Brest, Brittany (I have lived in Brest for 8 years, in France, but I am from Finland).
The structure and construction is really close of what you can see in the game.
the concrete construction gives a "cold" feeling. I have seen sometimes fire "evidences" sometimes, but can't be sure if they are "old" evidences (1944-1945) or just new things.
Sometimes you can se wood structures in those bunkers, but they are really in bad conditions (except deep inside the bunker).

I'm not french, and must admit that they are sometimes "strange". But I have many french friends, I can say that they are VERY FRIENDLY. In France, you can find a lot of older people (60-80 y old) who hate Germans (WWII of course) but in general, French think that we all (germans, french ...) are Europeans or from the West in general (includes USA and CANADA).
