it's the parent's fault for letting this happen. If ur out on the street with a 2 year old u can't take ur eyes off em 4 2 seconds. besides who takes a fuckin 2 year old kid somewhere where there would b a used condom on the ground anyways, it's just common sense not to take little kids to bad parts of town, especially if ur a stupid ass who can't watch ur own fuckin kid. hake:
