Calm down dude, I'm trying to write up the requirement for the website layout; after I get the layouts, I am going to post them up for everyone to vote for the best one.
Then we will work out the staff list together, and I will set up permissions. Even after that we need to test out various features because we dont want to turn new comers away by having broken (bad) scripts.
