These numbers dont make any sense. If detroit is 42.6 than Newfoundland would have to be alot closer. Detroit = 402 Newfoundland = 582.

Detroit Population = 951270
Newfoundland Poupulation = 533800

Granted thats a little less than 50%, but still theres more than a 50% gap between .4 and 42.6
