Alliedassault - View Single Post - Funky Graphics when i turn around, HELP ME

Ive had this problem for a long time. Everytime i turn around, all the buildings and everything else will all seem mixed up, then when i stop moving a agian, it turnes back to normal. Any help would be fine. This isnt me just seeing things, its like the entire place turnes wavy. My specs are
Pentium 4 2ghz
512 ddr pc2100
20 gb hd
3d Prophet III Titanium 500
Windows XP
