That image is ok except I think you are leeching the image from someone. The idea is for you to find an image, use a graphics program to modify the image, upload the image to a hosting site, and use it as a sig.
You can also create your own image if you are really an artist. You can always politely ask someone to make you a sig. Have a productive day.
