we must invade uzbenkistan as reports from the CIA & MI6 indicate that they used biological testing & training on their football team. The United Nations weapons experts said we might never find them & they probably don't exist but the tiny chance that they just might is enough for us to launch a pre-emtive strike against the will of the UN Security council. It might also give us a chance to rebuild the Uzbekian economy using their oil.
