it was just never used again and eventually dismantled durring the WW 2 scrap drive for material.
on a sidenote, the first and only victim to it was actually the inventor who's last words were "Are you Fucking kidding me ? it misfired ?! Are you sure you're doing it right, lemme show you idiot !"
