Hehe, Strik0r, this would be probably the first time I've disagreed with you on something
I have the legal copy of MoH and paid for it, but I use this crack simply because I don't want to load the CD into the drive everytime I play (although it's the only game I do play right now, so that's not the main reason, I just think it's principal... I've payed for the game, why should I have to verify the CD every time?).
The other reason is because I am fed up having to wait 20 seconds or more each time I click on a server while the CD is verified. Then you have 2 screens to get through before you even attempt to join the server.
I play on busy servers that are mostly always full when I click on them to queue to join (using ASE... until it improves I refuse to use the in-game browser). If I don't have this crack I'll almost certainly find myself missing out as someone else who does have it always beats me to the money.
It takes way too long to verify the CD (and I have a fast CD drive) and I am not playing an illegal copy, so I don't suffer any guilt at all.
I know why the CD is verified each time (to ensure MoH isn't installed and played on two machines or more at any one time), but I just don't see why I should wait for it.
Having said that, I agree with your sentiment. It's not the end of the world that it doesn't work for this poster and all he needs do is just use the CD.
