Yup, like he said. "Missing Glide Installation" = bad video drivers. your "opengl32.dll" is fauked up.

Download the newest set of drivers from your card's website, then run Auto-Configure in MOHAA, then try starting up. Should fix it. If not, try getting 1.1 patch also, might do something.
