They are landsharking using ladders, they look like they are swimming and shit and when they shoot their lower torso and up appear above ground and when they stop they go down to look like theyre swimming again.. The 1.11 patch wont fix this on AA, you will need ladder fixes where it kills them when they press the Use key.. My clan leader supposedly made this script that when they hit the Use it comes up on the middle of their screen and says Uh Oh, someones trying to cheat
and then it'll come up in chat as them saying " Hey look everyone I'm trying to landshark" then it kills them 3 seconds later.. You will either need to contact him for this file or you can get mapfixes and I believe MAM, which I believe will just kill them when they press the Use key on a ladder..
