I understand "just doing her job" - however I've checked out with this woman before. I dont know her name but come on now how hard is it to just say "ok well do this for you but take care of the id" - I do it all the time at my job. Theres a time to be a stickler and a time to say "fuck it Ill hook em up". Thats all.
