Ehhh the first time u can use the binocs as calling airstrikes is.. mission Battle of Bocage, if I remember right.So nonononono you can't make a air strike without a plane

Remember that and you need a radio too, if I remember right the mission doesn't even have the radio (The mission after wasting the Stukas) btw that mission is quite fun, I like to shoot the Stuka off
