if respawn became the standard for MP, I would quit playing it. IMO, one life per round adds an element to MP that is sorely lacking in other games, and thats TENSION.
Ive played DM for years and just running around shooting people is old and boring. I enjoy the feeling of being scared a little.
go play DM if you want respawn and leave the rest alone.
